a bit about art therapy…

Art therapy combines art-making and talk therapy. We view art as a tool for growth, self-awareness, and self-expression. We help you find “your flow” and support you in developing your relationship with your creative practice.

Need more information around art therapy? That’s fair - it looks different for everyone (and that’s what we love about this work)! We’d be happy to book a free 15 minute consultation and talk to you about your therapuetic needs.

In art-therapy we provide a container full of questions, thoughtful art-prompts, and an abundance of materials.
