We believe mental health should be accessible to all. We offer affordable group services as well as a sliding scale payment plan. There are a limited number of spots, but all you have to do is ask.
Tailored to You
We hold an expansive understanding of “art” that goes beyond pen and paper. We work with you to find the medium of art-making that suites you best; storytelling, poetry, drama, music, crafting, and natural materials.

As therapists, we embrace a gentle approach. Safety in relationships is a cornerstone of healing. Our approach is strength-based and involves mutual consent, offering options, and a pace that feels comfortable to you.
